How It Works

1. Develop the Business Case

We develop a comprehensive business case for the client based on their requirements brief, our experience and solution. We endeavour to highlight the measurable return on investment (ROI).

2. Plan the Solution

We ensure that all stakeholders have a thorough understanding of the requirements, the solution and the impact of the project. The questions we consider for planning include but are not limited to:

  • How will the client benefit and how can we enhance and communicate this as a competitive advantage?
  • Which functional capability should we address first and what needs to be in place to migrate?
  • Which license / editions best suit the client?
  • Are the Service Level Agreements geared to optimally meet the needs of the client?
  • Does our proposed solution support analytics?
  • How should we decommission incumbent applications and infrastructure?
  • What are the business impact considerations and how should we manage this?
  • What are the considerations for the change management plan?

We also ensure we identify the following:

  • The value drivers and benefits of our solution
  • The metrics to be utilized
  • Our solution’s capability to include prioritizing functional capability and identifying applications within the ecosystem.

We make it a priority to harmonize processes within the organization by:

  • Analysing existing processes
  • Identifying deviations within the process structure
  • Redesigning business processes where necessary whilst defining intended (to-be) process state

We develop the roadmap through:

  • Gathering high level requirements
  • Categorizing these requirements with a priority scale
  • Assessing the company or business unit’s readiness
  • Creating and deployed a pilot if necessary

3. Implement the Solution

Upon thorough evaluation of the requirements prior to implementing the potential design we employ pilots (virtual and/or actual). These pilots are full participation demonstrations ensuring we design and meet all stakeholder’s expectations whilst avoiding costly redundant rework. We execute the pilot, evaluate the pilot and make recommendations and tweaks.

4. System Integration

As data conversion and integration are part of every implementation and integration process, we convert and integrate data from various data source systems.

During this phase, we ensure we implement the Change Management plan which includes and is not limited to the following:

  • Continuous Communication with all stakeholder groups
  • Training and adoption
  • Decommissioning of systems where applicable
  • Data migration strategy and mapping where necessary
  • Upgrading technical infrastructures
  • processes and systems integration
  • Re-skilling and redeployment execution
  • Monitoring & evaluating KPls
  • Measuring ROI
